How to choose without wasting weeks
Do not "evaluate tools" — pick one real task you do every week (writing quotes, answering clients, summarizing meetings), run it through two of the assistants above for seven days, and keep whichever saved you more time. The best AI tool is the one that survives contact with your actual work.
And a rule that will save you money: only pay for a tool after its free tier limit has genuinely blocked you at least three times in a month. Paying to "have the best one" without hitting limits is the most common waste in AI adoption.
